Return & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping charges and any applicable customs/import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order still contains all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
  2. The product has only been handled normally; damage caused by careless handling is not accepted.
  3. For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. If the product was found defective, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. Return shipping costs and any customs/import duties for the return are paid by the customer.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.


How to return your order:
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to Info@ParkerAndWhite.com
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (if damaged)
    • First and last name
    • Customer address

We will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender address on your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/import duties.


Cancellation Policy

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or someone you designate (other than the carrier) receives the order.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Parker And White by email of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The cancellation is completed when we have received the goods back. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipments in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the goods.
Once received, you may return them according to the steps outlined above. You may still notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, please send us proof of shipment when you return an item.


Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option). Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.


All returns must be sent to our central return warehouse in EUROPE at the customer’s expense, including any applicable customs/import duties.
